Catch up time

Yesh, it's crazy how quickly time has passed over the last couple of days. Mom and I went riding on Sunday out at place that isn't far from our house and had a great time. Ms. Glori tripped really bad at one point and went down on her knees and I almost went off, but she somehow managed to get back up without going down completely. It amazes me how they are able to pull themselves up without falling all the way down.

My mom's and mine relationship had gotten a little strained over a difference of opinion, so it was a good thing that it was just us riding on Sunday. We got a chance to talk things out and we are back to our easy relationship. I was pretty happy overall anyway because I got to haul my own horse this time instead of relying on my mom to pick me up. My truck was due for some work, so I hadn't been hauling my horses for about 3 months. Having to rely on someone else to pick you up can be frustrating after a while, especially when you have to unload all of your tack out of the trailer!

My honey surprised me on Sunday night by coming into town, so I got to spend some quality time with him, which was wonderful. Let it be said that I always manage to find the ones that aren't always in town to date. Guess I really must like the time apart. Ah well, at least it's a lot of fun when we see each other after being apart. ;)

I had to take one of my barn cats in to get her spayed. She wasn't old enough to be spayed when I adopted her, unfortunately, so I had to pay to get it done. I've been playing nursemaid with her for the last couple of nights, since she can't stay out in the barn right now because the dog is in there (she's in heat). It's not to bad of a problem, since I love my cats, but Foxy is really damn noisy. She meows alllll the time and it drives me crazy. This is definetly going to be the longest 10 days of my life. Ah well, at least I won't be hip deep in kittens.

I'm done with my CIW classes (Woohoo!). The only thing left for me to do at this point is to take the actual tests and my A+ class, then I will be all done! Finally! I really need to get working on my site now and do more with it... it's pretty blah right now.

Ok, enough for now. Gonna go out and take a look at some sites so I can get more ideas of what I want to do with mine. :)
